Regression: Print preview page is in loading state for Google map page.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 52.0.2741.0 (Official Build) 19d105a2a1ec66924ff415f27ff170db7a67ba36-refs/heads/master@{#394609} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and go to https://www.google.co.in/maps?source=tldso and click on page. 2. Give print command using 'Ctrl' + 'P' key from keyboard and then click on 'Print' button. 3. Now check 'Simplify page' checkbox under 'Options' section and observe the preview page. Print preview page remains in loading state. Print preview page should seen properly. This is a regression issue, seen from M-48 series, below is bisect info. Good build: 48.0.2553.0 Bad build: 48.0.2555.0 Narrow bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/ec77d854a19b75584ca9c0ccc243366d1b776f34..f98ae6a62bbb1748613ce17acdbcbe8c8ebdea35?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Suspecting: r357661 Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

Retested the above issue on Windows(7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4) and Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS) machine with build # 52.0.2733.0 (Official Build) and latest Canary build # 52.0.2743.0 (Official Build). It's still reproducible. Note: To reproduce the issue frequently, freshly install the chrome or take a new user and then go to the above steps which is mentioned in the bug. Attaching screen-cast for reference.

Repro's for me with 52.0.2729.3 official build / dev channel. The bug tracker won't let me reassigning this to mvendramini, but that is the right owner since it's a simplify page issue.
