Just to update.

Able to repro this issue on Windows 7 for Google Chrome Canary Version - 53.0.2750.0 

Just to update, issue still persists on canary 53.0.2751.0 for Windows 7

@yoshiki: Request you to please take a look into it as issue is marked with a blocker label.

I believe my change is only for views UI and didn't change any Web UI including the settings page.

tkent@: I suspect the cause is in webkit change. Could you triage? Thanks.

Restore epsilon tolerance in LineWidth

Restore the LayoutUnit::epsilon tolerance in LineWidth::fitsOnLine calls
to avoid unnecessary breaks at element boundaries due to precision loss.
