[Findit] Need script to check all supported main waterfall builders have corresponding trybots

Script should validate:
1. Any main waterfall builder that has try job support should have a trybot associated with it
2. Any builders in Findit config that are not on the main waterfall should be identified
3. Any variable builders that have been created on the tryserver but aren't referenced in Findit's config

1 is to point out missing support, while 2 and 3 point out deprecated bots/variable builders, or Findit's trybot config is incomplete.
