ChromeOS spontaneously opened a "Clear cache and cookies" window while I was typing into CRD

What steps will reproduce the problem?
No idea; I have a load of tabs currently open. At the time I was just typing a comment into Chrome Remote Desktop, and a new Chrome window opened on the local system, navigated to https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050

Marking against Internals>Network>Cache, since I've no idea what triggers this behaviour.

This just happened twice again today; no obvious cause for the page popping up.
