create web shell integration test where URL is changed by onclick

Create test that clicks a link with URL changed by onclick uses the href of the anchor tag instead of the one specified in JavaScript. Also verifies a new tab is opened by target '_blank'.

The bug will not be fixed as we don't plan to add tab support in web shell.
