Chromium compiles stuff with -ffunction-sections options, which creates a separate section for every symbol in the binary. The purpose of it is that later on during linking, one is suppposed to pass -Wl,--gc-sections. 

We're not GC'ing sections, which results in larger binary size and messy binary with tons of sections.
