What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open the bookmarks bar
(2) Look at the bookmarks
(3) See baseline problems:

 - The spacing between the top of the boomkars and the bottom of the omnibox does not match the spacing between the bottom of the bookmarks and the top of the content area. This looks unbalanced.
 - The baseline of the text for bookmarks is not aligned with the center of the bookmark icon, which makes the hover state look unbalanced: the distance from the text to the top of the hover color is larger than from the top of the icon to the top of the hover color.

What is the expected output?
Alignment and bliss.
