There's also four bots listed as probably hung. Not sure why that's on the Sheriff-o-Matic dashboard for the sheriffs, but would be good if someone could look into that as well.

I'm assuming the answer is "no", and close the bug. I wouldn't worry alerts-dispatcher, as it's probably not serving any production data yet (don't know why it's on SoM to begin with).
