Media automatically paused when flinging media after presentation

1. Visit https://storage.googleapis.com/presentation-api/index.html and start PresentationAPI
2. Visit http://avayvod.github.io/mediaflingtest.html and cast some video
3. The video pauses immediately when flinging, event after clicking the play button in the notification.

Seems we are sending a unneeded Pause intent, which comes from the RenderMediaPlayerManager
