table is still there after copy all and cut [contenteditable, blink]

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. https://jsfiddle.net/br3m4g7k/
2. focus the contenteditable, copy all (ctrl+a), cut (ctrl+x)
3.

no more content

it works when doing suppr though

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.11.5, Ubuntu 14.04 using 52.0.2739.0, latest stable 50.0.2661.102, canary 52.0.2740.0, beta 51.0.2704.54 as per steps in comment #0.

This is non regression issue seen from M-30(30.0.1549.0).Hence, marking it as untriaged.

Could anyone from dev team look into this issue please.

Edge and Firefox remove all table.
But, Chrome doesn't. Maybe Safari doesn't
