Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2740.0 60dd666a273eb84d361f0fd5de11d770881b46bc-refs/heads/master@{#394284} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome open NTP and go to chrome://settings page and open devtools 2) Now open emulated view and select device(Nexus 5X) from device list and click on 'show device frame' option. 3) Now click on 'screen option' icon and select 'Landscape default' option 4) Now press 'F1' key from keyboard by clicking on devtools window to open settings and change theme from default to dark,observe the chrome://settings page inside the device view Actual : Unwanted white space is seen on RHS of chrome://settings page after theme is changed from default to dark Expected : Unwanted white space should not be seen on RHS of chrome://settings page after theme is changed from default to dark This is a non regression issue seen from 'M-52' series.(Build : 52.0.2735.0) Note : This is a newly added feature 'Device frame' from Build : 52.0.2735.0
