DevTools: Overlapping of Find search input when dragging drawer toolbar

Issue descriptionChrome version : 52.0.2739.0 (Official Build) e63177a3d418d078a8777d83f817c11e30831d7b-refs/heads/master@{#393996} 32/64 bit OS : Windows (7, 8, 10), Linux (14.04 LTS) and Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,open dev-tools window on NTP and dock it to bottom. 2. Press Esc key, click on 'Iron icon' and select 'Quick source' option. 3. Press 'Ctrl+F' key to open find text box, resize the console drawer downwards and observe. Actual: Weird overlapping of Find text-box is seen on resizing the console drawer downwards. Expected: No such overlapping of Find text-box is seen on resizing the console drawer downwards. This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-52 (Build 52.0.2739.0) as this is a newly added feature.
