Test suites still run old schedule branch_specs

With https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/#/c/344455/ I shifted some nightly chameleon tests to only ToT builds.

Still I am seeing them running on ToT. Should scheduler be restarted?

The ini file change was pushed to lab already. It shouldn't require a restart to pick up the change though. Anyway, I restarted the suite scheduler. Let's see if the suite job is still created for R51 branch tonight.

I think the suites do not run anymore on ToT-1. Last one is chell from yesterda, and no more recent runs.

I am resolving this, but will reopen if not as expected.
