[CVox Next] Menubar spoken feedback

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the Chromevox menubar by pressing search + .
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate around the menus. Head to the Speech menu for example. 
3. Listen to the spoken feedback for the keyboard shortcuts. 

For some reason, it sounds like it's speaking "acevox" for the given keyboard commands. What can we do here to make this speak the word CVox or ChromeVox more clearly as to not confuse users?

Adjust key sequence string

'Cvox' as of TOT gets read as 'C V O X'.

By replacing the above with 'ChromeVox', we make the string itself less ambiguous and more understandable. This string gets used in options and in the panel.
