What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the Chromevox menubar by pressing search + .
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate around the menus 
3. Observe the orange highlight with white text. 

Can we darken the shade of orange a bit to make the contrast better? It's not terrible, but I am having some difficultly reading the menu items due to contrast. I know that most Chromevox users may not rely on seeing this, and we also have the spoken feedback to help, but it simply can't hurt to make sure we have solid contrast here (closer to a 7:1 ratio, WCAG AAA)
