Unable to log into Chrome, see 'service unavailable' message

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.14.2661.78 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Reinstallation of chrome
2.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
I am unable to log into chrome

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 50.14.2661.78  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

backseatbadman@ - Did you already clear your cache and other browser data? Could you also try running Chrome in incognito mode and let me know if the problem is still coming up.

It's also possible that you might have installed some sneaky malware without meaning to (this happens often.)  Could you please try uninstalling suspicious software removing suspicious extensions, and resetting your browser settings or by creating a new profile.
