Use black for gutter during fullscreen orientation changes

Project Member Reported by w...@chromium.org, May 17 2016

Issue description

Today when doing orientation changes in fullscreen you see a white gutter, which is kind of jarring. It makes YouTube look janky. It should look at a lot better if we make it black. See attached video.

Note: to repro this you need to be using the Unified media pipeline (--force-fieldtrials=UnifiedMediaPipelineTrial/Enabled).

sievers, jbauman: who could I talk to about how to fix this?

btw, jbauman did this for non-android platforms here: https://codereview.chromium.org/1884043002

liberato@/steimel@, do we now have a black gutter on fullscreen?

yes, i believe that all cases of this are fixed. in particular, we no longer use the "transparent background" hack in blink, so we get a normal blink (black) gutter when entering fullscreen. both avda and the hls remote renderer get this right.
