Should not hardcode the link to AutoTest AFE

Right now, the link to AFE is hardcoded in the python code to internal cautotest. Should change it to local moblab afe or configurable.

Oh, that looks like something I missed (and the configuration option should already be there, I'm pretty sure some of the links are correct).

Where exactly is that link?
