Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome version 50.0.2661.102.Able to login to NYI website https://my.nyi.net/ without any crash. Request you please provide any crash id from chrome://crashes for triaging the issue further. Thanks,
