deviceorientation angles on Windows are in the wrong order

Issue description

alpha, beta and gamma angles are not in the order according to the DeviceOrientation spec https://w3c.github.io/deviceorientation/spec-source-orientation.html

[Win] deviceorientation: fix euler angles order.

Currently the alpha, beta and gamma angles are not reported in
correct order. This patch fixes this. On windows the following
applies: Z-axis - alpha, X-axis - beta, Y-axis - gamma.
