Issue descriptionChrome version : 52.0.2739.0 (Official Build) e63177a3d418d078a8777d83f817c11e30831d7b-refs/heads/master@{#393996} 32/64 bit OS : Windows (7, 8, 10), Linux (14.04 LTS) and Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,open devtools window. 2. Press Esc key, click on 'Iron icon' and select 'Quick source' option. 3. Press ctrl+p, select any source file then add any breakpoint and right click on that. 4. Select 'Edit breakpoint' option and observe. Text box of 'Edit breakpoint' is not seen properly. Text box of 'Edit breakpoint' should seen properly. This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-52 (Build 52.0.2739.0) as this is a newly added feature.
