Open http://jsbin.com/qifija/6/ What is the expected behavior? Both rectangles look identical and are a color spectrum, not plain blue. Edge browser has expected behaviour, while Firefox and Chrome have unexpected behaviour. What went wrong? Right rectangle is plain blue, not a color spectrum as the left one. Did this work before? Note that behaviour is correct on Linux (Chrome version 49.0.2623.108), but incorrect on Windows.

Seems like an ANGLE bug. I filed a bug upstream at https://bugs.chromium.org/p/angleproject/issues/detail?id=1380
