Setting gl_PointSize in my vertex shader prevents uv from being passed

Reported by hvidev...@gmail.com, May 17 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open http://jsbin.com/qifija/6/

What is the expected behavior?
Both rectangles look identical and are a color spectrum, not plain blue. Edge browser has expected behaviour, while Firefox and Chrome have unexpected behaviour.

What went wrong?
Right rectangle is plain blue, not a color spectrum as the left one.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

See http://jsbin.com/qifija/8/ for simplified test case.

Comment 2 by hvidev...@gmail.com, May 18 2016

Note that behaviour is correct on Linux (Chrome version 49.0.2623.108), but incorrect on Windows.

Seems like an ANGLE bug. I filed a bug upstream at https://bugs.chromium.org/p/angleproject/issues/detail?id=1380
