Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: Favicons for Yandex are loaded from https://yandex.st/lego/_/pDu9OWAQKB0s2J9IojKpiS_Eho.ico However https://yandex.st is an unstable legacy domain and Yandex recommends to use https://yastatic.net instead. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The domain https://yandex.st doesn't work sometimes. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'> Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
