What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download latest Snapshot (Build 393943)
(2) Notice that the area above the tabs in the tabstrip is now reduced about 2pt ( issue 610185 )
(3) Take a look at the Window Control Buttons and the Profile Button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It seems, that they moved 2pt down now. They could be 1pt higher to match the "old" alignment proportion.
