Chromevox: The text in the chromevox bar is struck if we login with Cvox enabled

Version: 52.0.2734.0 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Enable chromevox in the OOBE screen
(2)Continue with Cvox enabled and login to the chromebook

What is the expected output?

The Cvox is enabled once we login also and should function normally

What do you see instead?

Once we login Cvox stays enabled but the text in the Cvox bar gets struck at " Please wait ellipsis Alert signing in ". Even if we navigate to other elements , this text remains the same in the Cvox bar
