non-ASCII characters are not rendering properly

To reproduce, visit e.g. https://ru.wikipedia.org/ -- instead of clear cyrillic text, because some characters are swapped, the result is some unreadable noise.

Sounds suspiciously like another font glyph-Id mismatch issue.

Adam, can you provide screenshots of correct & incorrect renderings?

I just confirmed this, and this is still a problem. I checked it now in a Sriram's phone, which is Android 7.0. If you send me a screenshot of how http://pl.wikipedia.org/ renders for you, I can tell you if it's a problem for you too.
