Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. ./build/gyp_chromium -Dcomponent=shared_library -Dmedia_use_ffmpeg=0 2. ninja -C out/Debug media_unittests What is the expected behavior?
