Steps:
1.Launch chrome and navigate to above URL
2.Ensure video is buffered properly
3.Click on the media slider at multiple points and observe. 

Actual:Black patch is seen while adjusting media-slider.
Expected:Black patch should not be seen while adjusting media-slider.

This is a regression issue broken in M-51
