Issue descriptionChrome Version : 52.0.2738.0 (Official Build) canary Revision a509a1e6dee3c9b9572e5662a0dceb08c8502c25-refs/heads/master@{#393766} (32/64 Bit) OS:Windows (8,8.1,10) Test URL: http://dailymotion.github.io/hls.js/demo/ Steps: 1.Launch chrome and navigate to above URL 2.Ensure video is buffered properly 3.Click on the media slider at multiple points and observe. Actual:Black patch is seen while adjusting media-slider. Expected:Black patch should not be seen while adjusting media-slider. This is a regression issue broken in M-51 Manual Regression range: Good Build:51.0.2687.0 Bad Build:51.0.2688.0 Change Log: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/51.0.2687.0..51.0.2688.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 (Unable to narrow down the range using tool bisect) Suspecting: r382732 ? Please re-assign if your change is not cause of this issue. Note:This issue is not reproducible on Windows 7,Mac & Linux OS.
