I have been getting various exceptions on codereview for the last 3-4 days. Example- 

Sorry, an error occurred...
Unhandled exception.

Details: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'email' [AttributeError]

They generally go away after a refresh, but for https://codereview.chromium.org/1977353002, I can't seem to publish the issue/add a comment even after multiple attempts. I tried the workaround at https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=589613 which recommended unchecking the "use deprecated UI" checkbox. Now I don't get these exceptions, but it seems Publishing Issue is failing silently.
