    Chrome ： show messy code

What steps will reproduce the problem?
     browser open the url .

What is the expected result?

   chrome also should show "大家好"， not messy code

 pxinchao@ thnaks for the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.4 using chrome version 50.0.2661.102 and canary 52.0.2738.0.
This is non regression issue as the issue is observed from M30 builds.Marking it as Untriaged to get more inputs from dev team.
