Settings page for the current keyboard should pop up if select Setting from VK.

REPRO STEPS:
1.Open any VK, e.g. US.
2.Click the menu on the VK, select Setting icon. 


EXPECT RESULTS:
US keyboard(English) Settings page pops up.


ACTUAL RESULTS:
Languages and input page pops up.
