Hello, I'm your friendly bug triage sheriff.

I'm routing you to Platform>Extensions and Internals>Sandbox>SiteIsolation, as previous webview issues seem to fall under that category.

Components: -Internals>Sandbox>SiteIsolation Platform>Apps>BrowserTag
Removing SiteIsolation, since that's only needed for the work to move <webview> away from BrowserPlugin to OOPIFs. This looks like a more general BrowserPlugin bug, for which Platform>Apps>BrowserTag is the right label.
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
By design, apps are isolated, so XHRs from app's <webview> aren't visible to extension webRequest API.

crbug 510802 has some context, specifically https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=510802#c6
