Update Mac Omnibar Translate Icon with G instead of A

Issue description

Version: 
OS: MacOS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) visit www.yahoo.co.jp or other foreign language page
observe the Translate icon on omnibar will show up

What is the expected output?
The Translate icon show up as G

What do you see instead?
The Translate icon show up as A (old version)

The Mac is using files in
chrome/app/theme/default_*_percent/legacy/translate*.png

for the icon
chrome/app/theme/default_100_percent/legacy/translate.png:        PNG image data, 19 x 19, 8-bit gray+alpha, non-interlaced

chrome/app/theme/default_100_percent/legacy/translate_active.png: PNG image data, 19 x 19, 8-bit/color RGBA, non-interlaced

chrome/app/theme/default_200_percent/legacy/translate.png:        PNG image data, 38 x 38, 8-bit gray+alpha, non-interlaced

chrome/app/theme/default_200_percent/legacy/translate_active.png: PNG image data, 38 x 38, 8-bit/color RGBA, non-interlaced

instead of the one in ui/gfx/vector_icons/translate.icon

Please ignore this bug. I verify with Version 52.0.2735.0 canary (64-bit) and that work correctly. I must look at a older build and got confused.

the problem only show up in PRE material design mode. Mac has Material Design mode. The A icon is showing up in "Non Material" design mode but will show the correct to show the G icon in the "Material" mode.

use chrome://flags to switch
