No shadows behind windows anymoe

My windows have no shadows, esp Chrome apps

+sky, it's a long shot, but has any of your recent window manager refactoring touched window shadows?

Other folks: Does this repro in a Linux ChromeOS=1 build? If so, it should be bisect-able.
