Steps to reproduce the problem:
There is no common way to reproduces the bug, just make some interactivity (like opening popovers/modals/etc.) on/with the page.

What went wrong?
Sometimes, when I scrolling page/interacting/enabling fullscreen/etc. I get white tab-flashing for 100-200ms

Did this work before? Yes After I updated Chrome from 49 to 50 version
