Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Upload and publish an extension which has a file with a name which starts with a `.` character. What is the expected behavior? All files from the uploaded archive should be retained in the published extension. What went wrong? The extension, when downloaded from the Developer Dashboard or from its Chrome Web Store page, does not contain the submitted files with names which start with a `.` character.
