Web Audio API : finished automation method still consume CPU

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2735.0 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://www.g200kg.com/demo/automationtest/automationtest.html

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Issue many AudioParam automation method i.e. setValueAtTime().
  (the reproduce URL issues  100  setValueAtTime()/sec)
2. Check the CPU consumption.

What is the expected behavior?
automation should be executed normally.

What went wrong?
CPU consumption is gradually increased.
attached file is screenshot of DevTools-profiles.

Normal music player apps may cause trouble after 30min from start.

This should have been fixed in  issue 526862 .  Please test with Chrome canary.  According to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=526862#c2, the same test URL was used for testing and verifying that CPU usage no longer keeps increasing.
