Regression: DevTools - Colorpicker tooltip does not close on enter

1) Open elements panel
2) For any color-valued style, open the color picker
3) Click in the large gradient area and drag the mouse out of the tooltip window
4) Press enter

Pressing enter in the colorpicker should apply the currently selected color and close the tooltip.  Right now, the tooltip remains open, and the value unapplied.
