Add elevation to Zine cards

Zine cards need an elevation of 2dp. 

The spec (https://folio.googleplex.com/chrome-ux/mocks/335-NTP-Zine/Zine/_UI%20Review/spec#%2FSpec-zine.png) says to add a drawable with a shadow, but bettes@ said to try a simple elevation first
