Track which devices a user signs into by Serial Number for Security reasons

Reported by jdean...@delranschools.org, May 13 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
It was reported that a students account was compromised by another student and I wanted to see which devices the compromised students account was logged into. This would have allowed me to determine the device and location to see who the student was.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
There currently isn't a report that will allow me to see this information and also the login activity takes 24 hours to be populated into Google Admin console

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0
