BuildBucket build is labeled "pending" after completion.

This build: https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.infra/builders/Luci-go%20Linux%20Trusty%2064%20Tester/builds/1084

Has completed, but BuildBucket (master.tryserver.infra@9012767014064013392) still lists it as pending, and the CQ is refusing to commit. This has been going on for ~10 minutes so far.

I've seen this before as well, usually due to some weird exception in master.

According to buildbucket server logs logs, build 9012767014064013392 was completed at 08:19:28 PDT, less than 3 min after it started.

Did you see the build as yellow in Rietveld?

Yes, and mouseover showed "BuildBucket pending".

The format of build tooltip is "<status>. Buildbucket build <id>". Are you sure you saw that?

Not sure what happened here and cannot investigate. Also we didn't see any other examples of this.
