GMail and Google apps links disappeared from home page in Chrome

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Google
2. Look for Gmail/apps in upper R area of screen
3. They are not there

What is the expected behavior?
1, 2, They would be visible

What went wrong?
You tell me?

Did this work before? Yes Forever

Chrome version: 50.0.2661.102  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

I see that these same thing has happened in the past, as there are forum entries about it

But didn't find a way to fix it there
