Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2733.0/8315.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_Jerry, OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign in to user>> go to Camera.app>> go to toggle filters on the bottom left corner using tab operation>> Click on normal filter>.go to the next filters one by one using left,right arrow keys till the big eyes filter>> then go slowly to the next filter>> and observe Expected: Unnecessary focus should not be seen on traversing after original focus (Refer Screencast) Actual: Instead unnecessary focus is seen This is a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen in same version Camera.app(4.4.0) in 50.0.2661.91/7978.66.0 stable-channel Daisy as well
