Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start Mobile Chrome 2. Open any site like: sina.cn/?from=wap 3. Wait for the page to finish loading 4. Click the "print" button in the option menu 5. Click the back button immediately, rather than waiting for the completion of pdf loading 6. Slide down the page.Just swipe up the screen with your finger moving screen bottom to top What is the expected behavior? Slide down the page.Web page can be scrolled correcttly What went wrong?
