Summary: Chrome://settings page- advanced settings not rendered accurately. (See screenshot) 

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) On a chrome device, navigate to the chrome://settings 
(2) Scroll down to the bottom of the page (ie, to the footer) 
or click on the Show advanced setting link at the bottom of the page.

Expected Result:
The settings page should be rendered/displayed accurately.

Actual Result:
The settings page is not rendered accurately.
