[MD] Favicon is unbalanced

Either there is too much room on the right, or the icon needs to be moved over a smidge. Every time I see the favicon on the tab, it feels unbalanced.

According to the spec the distance between the red line in your screenshot and the icon should be 6px. It's 5px in your ss so in theory it could stand to move 1px (0.5pt) to the right but in reality that would have to be 2px (1pt). sgabriel@, what is your opinion?

I think it is fine where it is. As Jayson said we have a 1px difference between spec and implementation here (and implementation difference from Cros to OSX). It is fine however and I wouldn't push it further 1pt nor make it closer to the left-hand side of the tab.

I want to give a bit of breathing room for the tab slopes to overlap, like showed in spec.
