After entering full-screen with F11 and minimizing it Win+D, reactivation causes whitescreen

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.94 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Press F11 .
2. Press the keycombination WindowsKey+D .
3. Re-Access the Browser without closing it.

What is the expected behavior?
To be able to re-access the Browser Chrome without any problems.

What went wrong?
I had to face a WhiteScreen taking over the entire Screen without any kindof control over the Browser. I couldnt close the Browser from the taskbar, since i were in full- screen mode.

OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Summary: After entering full-screen with F11 and minimizing it Win+D, reactivation causes whitescreen (was: After entering full-screen mode with F11 and minimizing it with WindowsKey+D, you lose control over the brower and gain a whitescreen.)
Confirmed repro in Chrome 51 and 52.0.2734.1 on Windows 7. Sometimes hitting F11 seems to work to exit the bad mode.
