OSX top-chrome-md pixel-imperfections

Miscellaneous details I've noticed. Note that I'm using a Retina display.

I've also file separate bugs for more noticeable issues:
-  Issue 611509 : Omnibox looks raised on OSX Material theme
-  Issue 61152 : OSX top-chrome-md button hover is nearly impossible to see with light themes

# ev-bubble-left-margin.png

Left margin for the EV (Extended Validation) bubble is smaller than top/botton.

# incognito-new-tab-button-bottom-border.png

The new tab button has a separate line 1px separated from the bottom border.

# Incognito window over regular window.

Move an incognito window exactly on top of a regular window, e.g. by maximizing them.

incognito-over-regular-top-left-material.png shows a thin but bright quarter-circle lune that draws attention when you're looking at the three window control buttons.

# tab-corner-discontinuity.png

There is a single-pixel discontinuity where the tab connects to the omnibox+button section.

# new-tab-button-shadow.png

The shadow under the new tab button makes the bottom look just slightly disconnected with the anti-aliased curve of the rest of the button.

This one is really minor, but it's always on the screen and it strikes my eye for the first second when I look at the new tab button.

The second issue-link above is missing a digit. It should be:

Pleas file separate bugs for issues that you discover.

1. The EV bubble has been redesigned (Issue sdf) so this particular problem will go away with the new bubble changes

2. The new tab button issue has been fixed (update is in today's canary)

3. I'm not sure what issue you are reporting

4. I will look into this

5. The new tab button rendering has changed.
