I'm not seeing an upload to imgur.com in that log. Could you please try again? Make sure to open up about:net-internals before you start the upload.

Also, could you try disabling your extensions, and see if that resolves the issue? (EagleGet Free Downloader and RoboForm Password Manager, and whatever else you have installed)

Thanks for the new log. I see the request to imgur.com there, but unfortunately I still can't really tell what's happening other than a slow request. In order for us to get the full log, you need to open chrome://net-internals before you start the upload, and wait to export the log until the upload is done or you're sure it's stopped making progress. This one looks like you opened it while the upload was in progress.
sorry because i am new here to know how to submit issue properly , i hope this file is done properly

Not a problem, I should have given clearer instructions. It looks like that log was created correctly... Unfortunately, it's not clear from the log what's going wrong. We start uploading the file, and then we stop. I assume either reading data from the upload data source hangs, or writing that data to the connection never completes, but the log doesn't currently have that level of detail.
about the reading data source , i use SSD drive and i tried uploading same file from same folder to imgur.com using Firefox and IE and successfully completed.

so i think there is an issue withing chrome
I've filed http://crbug.com/613337 for improving the logging for situations like this. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to move forward on this bug without that improved logging :-J.

Network bug triager here.

As this is blocked on logging, I'm changing this to logging component also, if only so that it doesn't waste time for every new network bug triager.

scropion86: Sorry for the slow response here. Since this is the only report of this issue, it took us a while to move forward on it. Are you still having the issue? If so, could you download Chrome Canary, and try collecting a new log?

If we don't hear back from you, we'll close this bug in a month or two.
