What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) open the attachment (use --disable-gpu-rasterization to force software rasterization if needed)
(2) observe banding

Clamped linear gradients were fixed in http://crrev.com/1457783005, but radial gradients still exhibit banding in software mode (Ganesh rendering looks fine).
